Step 2: Create an Account
Now, you’re ready to create an account. All you need to do is put either your mobile number or email address, and your new password.
Remember that password must be at least 8 characters and contain a number. Just make sure that the password that you are going use is not the one you have already used before.
Below the password, there is the referral code so that you will get P50 for free.
Step 3: Enter the verlification code
After you click the button “CREAT ACCOUNT”, you will proceed to vilification code screen. You need to put a verification code sent to your email or mobile number.
Here is the email of my verification code which I received via email. You can sign in to coins.ph already by clicking blue framed box “confirm my email address”, or by copy-pasting the given code on that above verification code screen.
Then, It’s done! Now, you can enjoy coins.ph wallet by cashing in, buying load, paying the bill and a lot more!
Step 4: Get ID and Selfie Verified to Recieve P50
I know you might not want to do this process because it takes a little time. But do not worry, all of these are very easy to do.

After clicking “Limits & Verifications”, this page will appear. Take a look at the framed red box of a photo below. That’s the part that you need to finish lastly.
Phone Verification
It’s super easy. You just need to put your mobile number or email address (if you register with mobile number first). After putting the code, click next!
A verification code will arrive in a few second via SMS from NXSMS. And click next!
Done!
Identity Verification
There are two options. If you already have a different coins account, I’m sure you don’t need to read this article, so I believe that first one is for you.
After clicking “Continue”, you will see the page below. Let’s fill in one by one. It would only take a few minutes to finish.

Which ID should I use if I’m a foreigner?
Don’t worry. You can just use your passport for the ID like me.
Should I use my maiden name if I’m married?
Yes, you can use your maiden name as your surname. Just in case, you could submit your marriage certificate to customer support in coins.ph. Here is the address, “help@coins.ph”.
I want my kids to use it. What should I use?
If your kids are around 14 to 17 year old, the following IDs are acceptable. Take a look.
- Passport
- DSWD Certificate
- School ID + Birth Certificate
Selfie Verification
This is the last one. You’re almost there. Just like the picture below, hold your ID and take a selfie. Then, click “Continue”.
Once you complete your verifications, you will receive P50 for free. Congrats for reaching Level 2!
